We are expanding our team and seeking Wedding Coordinators who are passionate about planning, organizing, and bringing dream weddings to life. What We're Looking For:
We're hiring Wedding Coordinators at all levels—from Assistant to Lead Coordinator. You'll have the chance to move up based on your experience, skills, and successful event management.Available Roles and Pay Structure:
1.Assistant Wedding Coordinator Pay:
$18 - $25 per hourRole:
Support the Lead Coordinator by managing timelines, communicating with vendors, and ensuring the smooth execution of weddings.Experience Required:
No prior experience is required. Event experience or decor team work is a plus.Progression:
Eligible for promotion to Junior Coordinator after 5-10 events or 6 months of performance-based success. 2.Junior Wedding Coordinator Pay:
$25 - $30 per hourRole:
Manage smaller weddings with minimal supervision. You'll be responsible for coordinating vendors and ensuring every detail is perfect.Experience Required:
1+ years of event planning or coordination experience, or completion of 5-10 events as an Assistant Coordinator.Progression:
Eligible for promotion to Lead Coordinator after consistent positive feedback and the successful management of events. 3.Lead Wedding Coordinator Pay:
$30 - $35+ per hour or flat rates of $400-$600 per eventRole:
Lead large and complex weddings, overseeing all aspects of the event from start to finish. Manage a team of assistants, communicate directly with clients, and ensure the event runs flawlessly.Experience Required:
2+ years of event planning experience, or demonstrated success in managing high-level weddings.Progression:
