Events Planning Manager

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's Degree in Management and 6 months of experience as Event Manager, Floor Manager.

JOB DUTIES

Consult with customers to determine objectives and requirements for events, such weddings and celebrations. Review event bills for accuracy, approve payments. Monitor expenses, ensure the events stay within budget. Coordinate services for events, such as transportation, catering, signage, displays, and event security. Arrange the availability of audio-visual equipment, displays, floral design and other event needs. Overseeing operations of floor staff, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service. Direct administrative activities directly related to providing services. Prepare staff work schedules and assign specific duties to optimize efficiency. Resolve customer complaints. Ensure compliance with company's policies and procedures regarding health and safety, dress code, and customer service standards.

SALARY:

$53,539 per year.
