Job Description

513 Business Partners is hiring an Entry Level Event Assistant to support community outreach campaigns for a nationally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit. As an Event Assistant, you'll engage directly with community members at events and outreach locations, helping raise awareness of a nonprofit mission that is making a difference nationwide. This Event Assistant opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, representing a positive brand, and creating memorable experiences. Whether your background is in events, customer service, hospitality, retail, or brand promotions, this role provides valuable experience in community engagement and nonprofit advocacy. Your day-to-day responsibilities as an Event Assistant will include: Representing a nationally recognized nonprofit at community events, local venues, and outreach campaigns Communicating the organization's mission, programs, and community impact to the public Building positive relationships with attendees through engaging conversations Helping strengthen brand visibility through professional and enthusiastic event representation Supporting event setup, coordination, and day-to-day promotional activities Gathering feedback and insights directly from community interactions Promoting brand awareness by educating community members about ongoing initiatives Serving as an Event Assistant who delivers a welcoming and positive experience at every event Ideal skills and qualifications of an
Event Assistant:
