Job Description

We are searching for a Wedding and Event Manager to join our team and execute weddings and special events with excellence. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about creating memorable experiences for clients and guests. Responsibilites Serve as a point of contact for clients from booking through event execution Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and ensure expectations are exceeded Provide expert recommendations on event setup, menus, bar service, and overall experience Identify and suggest upsell opportunities to enhance events Manage deposits, payment schedules, and assist in final billing coordination Create and distribute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and event diagrams Lead BEO meetings and coordinate across departments Partner with food & beverage, operations, and vendors to ensure seamless execution Oversee event setup and ensure venue readiness Manage all aspects of events on-site, ensuring a smooth and successful experience Qualifications Minimum 2 years of event management experience, preferably in an upscale venue Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Communications, or related field preferred Private club experience is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience with event sales software and Jonas POS system preferred Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to multitask and thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment Professional, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills Proven ability to problem-solve quickly while maintaining composure Team-oriented mindset with strong relationship-building skills Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
