Job Description
- Plan and execute events aligned to business objectives, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Coordinate speaker participation, including customer speakers, and ensure alignment with IBM leadership and partnership priorities.
- Manage registration, invitations, and event communications using Rain Focus, Marketo, and other internal tools.
- Oversee creation and delivery of event materials such as booth assets, badges, giveaways, and collateral.
- Track attendance, scan leads at conferences and ensure onsite readiness and vendor coordination.
- Drive follow up activities, including reports for sales teams, thank you outreach, and post event communication campaigns.
- Maintain accurate cost tracking, vendor records, and post event insights to improve future execution. Key Performance Indicators
