Launch Entertainment is seeking a full-time Event Coordinator to lead and expand our birthday party and events business-our largest and fastest-growing revenue driver. This role is perfect for someone who is not only organized and guest-focused, but also motivated to increase bookings, maximize event revenue, and train a team to do the same. This position offers base pay plus commission opportunities, giving you direct upside as you grow event sales, enhance packages, and drive repeat business.
