ABOUT ISLAND COUNTRY CLUB CONDO TRUST
Island Country Club Condo Trust, operating as Island Inn, is a 51-unit condominium property functioning as a resort hotel and event center on Martha's Vineyard. The property offers seasonal lodging, a full-service event center, and a tennis center.
ABOUT THE POSITION
The Event Center Manager oversees the overall operations of the Event Center, including bookings, client relations, staff coordination, and serving as a liaison among the front office, owners, and Board of Trustees regarding events and facility use. Event Center Oversight Includes Marketing and promotion of the Event Center Development and maintenance of Event Center marketing materials and brochure Management of event inquiries, bookings, contracts, and the Google calendar Negotiation of rates and preparation of client invoices Providing on-site coverage for events, as needed Coordination of the event calendar with Gulph Creek for group sales Serving as liaison with the front office to communicate event details to guests Oversight of the Event Center budget, assets, equipment, and maintenance Ensuring clients and renters comply with all resort rules and regulations Providing day-of-event planning, coordination, and operational support, including client and departmental communication Preparing reports and updates for the Board of Trustees
