Job Description

Role Description & Responsibilities:
As a North America Corporate Events Planner, you will design and deliver impactful event experiences that align with regional business priorities and marketing strategy. You will plan, execute, and measure a diverse portfolio of events—including tradeshows, proprietary events, seminars, user events, and internal programs such as sales kickoffs—ensuring each delivers measurable business value and ROI. Partnering with marketing, sales, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will translate strategic objectives into engaging, high-quality experiences. This role requires a highly motivated professional who can manage the full event lifecycle while maintaining exceptional execution standards. The ideal candidate is energized by innovation and continuously looks for new ways to transform how events are planned, delivered, and measured. Manage a comprehensive events calendar that supports both global and regional marketing priorities. Apply strong project and data management practices to maintain accurate information across multiple systems and tools. Develop and execute event marketing initiatives that drive lead generation and strengthen customer engagement aligned with marketing strategy. Leverage internal and external event platforms and tools to ensure programs meet operational and reporting requirements. Track and report on event performance, including ROI, qualified lead generation, and influenced pipeline. Maintain strong financial discipline to optimize costs while delivering premium brand experiences and flawless execution.
