Event Coordinator / Brand Ambassador Webster Lake Cannabis - Webster, MA Part-Time / Flexible Hours Overview Join our dynamic team as an Event Coordinator / Brand Ambassador, where you will play a key role in creating engaging experiences that bring the Webster Lake Cannabis brand to life. This role offers an exciting opportunity to plan and execute events, connect with customers, and build strong relationships within the community. You will also attend sponsored events to represent the company, acting as a strong and professional face of the brand. As a vital part of our team, you'll help drive traffic, increase brand awareness, and create a welcoming, high-energy environment while ensuring compliance with all regulations and company policies. Your creativity, organization, and enthusiasm will help elevate the overall customer experience. Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and execute in-store and off-site events, including vendor pop-ups, brand activations, and community outreach initiatives Represent the brand with a professional, outgoing, and engaging presence at all events and activations Engage with customers to educate them on products, promotions, and brand initiatives Collaborate with internal marketing and design teams to develop event concepts, campaigns, and promotional materials Build and maintain relationships with vendors, brand partners, and local businesses Assist in promoting events through social media, email marketing, and in-store channels Set up, break down, and maintain event displays to ensure a clean, organized, and on-brand presentation Track event performance, gather feedback, and provide insights to improve future activations Ensure all events and activities comply with cannabis regulations, age verification requirements, and company policies Qualifications Previous experience in event coordination, brand promotions, retail, or customer-facing roles preferred Experience working in the cannabis industry is a plus Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage customer base Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple events simultaneously Experience with social media, marketing, or content creation is a plus Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership capabilities in managing event staff or activations Existing relationships with local vendors, brands, or community organizations is a plus Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally Must be authorized to live and work in the U.S. Must be able to pass a criminal background check Must be at least 21 years old

Stand for extended periods of time during events Walk frequently and move between event areas Reach, bend, and lift materials for event setup and breakdown Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environmentCOMPENSATION
