Event Coordinator Set Up/Break Down (at a College) PSI Baltimore, MD Job Details Full-time | Contract $22 an hour 11 hours ago Qualifications Event breakdown Customer communication Event planning Hospitality industry experience Event setup Full Job Description Job Overview College in Baltimore is seeking Event Set Up/Break down specialists. Schedule is Mon-Fri 8am-4pm & Sat and Sun as needed. Must be able to start asap. Positions ends 10/01/26. Could be extended.. Pay is $22hr and paid weekly. Candidates must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Setup and breakdown internal and external events. Ensure space is configured per floor chart and client's request. Assist with maintaining accurate inventory of events equipment, materials, and supplies. Answer phones and triage clients 'issues for manager and coordinator. Other duties as assigned. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Able to lift up to 30lbs. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Attention to detail to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. Previous experience in hospitality or event management is a plus but not required. A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to take on various roles as needed during events.
