Salary Range:

Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building rapport. Proficiency in event management software and standard office applications. A creative and detail-oriented mindset. Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure. Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as dictated by event schedules. Responsibilities Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget for their events. Develop comprehensive event plans, including timelines, logistics, and vendor coordination. Oversee all aspects of event execution, from setup to breakdown, ensuring seamless operations. Liaise with chefs, service staff, and suppliers to ensure high-quality delivery of all event elements. Manage event budgets and track expenses diligently. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during events to ensure client satisfaction. Conduct post-event follow-ups with clients to gather feedback and foster future business.
