Job Description
Job Overview Join our dynamic team as an Event Crew Member and be at the heart of unforgettable experiences! In this lively role, you will play a vital part in executing smooth, engaging, and safe events. This paid position offers a flexible exciting opportunity to develop versatile skills in communication, event management, guest relations, and team work. This is an on-call position. We offer a minimum of 5hrs per event. Duties Assist with event guest check-ins and set-up Welcome guests with a friendly attitude, providing information and directions to enhance their experience Manage guest flow and crowd control to maintain safety and order throughout the event Support food and beverage service - ensuring that the food trays are loaded with food, and maintaining cleanliness in food and general areas. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly, resolving conflicts with professionalism and tact Collaborate with team members to ensure all aspects of the event run smoothly from start to finish Experience Previous experience in events management, hospitality, or customer service is desirable. (Required for Crew Lead position) Familiarity with conflict management techniques to handle challenging situations effectively Communication skills in English, Positive attitude, teachable Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and special event days
