Must be able to travel to all of Maryland & PA!

Responsibilities Biggest thing:

Assist with the setup and breakdown of wedding decor such as centerpiece, seating chart, welcome signs, etc. Must be able to be on your feet for 8-10 hours on the day of the wedding Support the bridal party and guests by providing exceptional customer service throughout the event Manage on-the-day logistics, including timing of events, guest flow, and troubleshooting any unforeseen issues Communicate effectively with all vendors to ensure everything is running smoothly Help with taking content while working the wedding to help promote business Requirements Proven experience in event planning, hospitality, or related roles such as banquet service, restaurant work, or hotel operations Be able to handle a structured wedding day timeline and handle tasks under pressure Excellent communication skills to liaise confidently with clients, vendors, and team members Must be able to travel to venues for day of wedding & can stand on your feet for long periods of time
