Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Event Staff to join our team for various events. The ideal candidates will play a vital role in ensuring that all guests have a memorable experience. This position requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for events management. Duties Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring all areas are clean and organized. Provide exceptional guest services by greeting attendees, answering questions, and addressing any concerns. Manage food service operations, including serving food and beverages and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently during events. Support event coordinators with various tasks, including crowd management and conflict resolution. Engage with guests through public speaking when necessary, providing information about the event schedule and activities. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, especially in roles such as lifeguarding or overseeing activities that require safety measures. Qualifications Previous experience in theater, hospitality, or guest services is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle conflict management effectively. Experience in food service is a plus. Excellent communication skills; public speaking experience is advantageous. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by event schedules. A background in events management would be beneficial but not mandatory. Must be able to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to changing situations.
