Available Shifts:
2:00 PM - 12:00 AM 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM Position Summary We are seeking professional and energetic Banquet Servers to support a large hotel event in Ypsilanti, MI. Banquet Servers will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service during special events, weddings, conferences, and banquets while ensuring a positive guest experience. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications. Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner. Clear tables and maintain cleanliness throughout the event. Refill beverages and respond promptly to guest requests. Assist with event breakdown and cleanup after service. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Work effectively as part of a banquet and hospitality team. Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude. Qualifications Previous banquet, restaurant, catering, or hospitality experience preferred. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Must be available for the entire scheduled shift. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for up to 10 hours. Ability to carry trays and lift up to 25 pounds. Ability to bend, stoop, and reach throughout the shift. #hc250014
