Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Birthday Party Coordinator to lead our birthday celebration experiences from start to finish. In this role, you will manage event planning, coordinate with clients, and ensure every guest has an unforgettable time. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help create joyful moments while driving revenue through upselling and excellent customer service. Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to plan customized birthday party packages, including menu options, entertainment, decorations, and activities. Manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics to ensure smooth execution of each celebration. Upsell additional services such as premium packages, beverages, or themed add-ons to maximize revenue. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally throughout the planning process. Utilize event management software and CRM systems to track bookings, client preferences, and follow-up communications. Qualifications Proven experience in event planning, hospitality management, or related fields within the events or entertainment industry. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to upsell services confidently. Excellent communication and customer service skills to build rapport with clients and vendors. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience in guest services or banquet operations is highly desirable.
