We are seeking a League Coordinator who will support and coordinate Skyline leagues by managing refs, schedules, communication, equipment, and guest engagement. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to smooth league operations, stronger community participation, and an enjoyable league player experience each season. Need more convincing? Passion, knowledge, and experience in entertainment, gaming, and sports Ensure refs, players, and vendors maintain a respectful environment Greet and engage guests; provide general information about Skyline leagues Attend weekly league meetings and bring relevant feedback and notes Manage summer ref staff including scheduling, uniforms, inventory, and score/TIP sheets Enter weekly scores in a timely manner Collect fees from league teams Manage daily setup of league equipment Assist in creating and proofreading league and playoff schedules Collaborate with Communications Coordinator on engagement, promotions, and seasonal planning Commit to two MOD floor shifts per week during the winter season QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Must be at least 18 years old (21+ preferred) Able to positively interact with league players and guests Pursuing a degree in Communications, Sports/Event & Entertainment Management, Marketing, or related field preferred Previous service industry experience required Follow Skyline Core Values:
