Temp to Hire We are seeking an immediate temporary Corporate Event Coordinator to support a growing organization with corporate event planning, trade show coordination, and marketing materials management. This role is heavily focused on coordinating trade show logistics, vendor communication, shipment tracking, event setup, and day-to-day organization of marketing assets and materials. This is a highly hands-on role that requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate enjoys both administrative coordination and physical event preparation responsibilities, including organizing, moving, and managing marketing materials and event equipment. Responsibilities Coordinate corporate events, trade shows, conferences, and internal marketing initiatives from planning through execution. Serve as the primary point of contact for event vendors, shipping providers, venues, and internal teams. Manage trade show logistics, including: Booth coordination Shipping and receiving Material tracking Event schedules Vendor communication Setup and breakdown coordination Track and maintain inventory of marketing materials, promotional items, signage, banners, and event supplies. Coordinate shipment of trade show materials and ensure timely delivery to event locations. Assist with loading, unloading, organizing, and moving marketing materials and event equipment as needed. Maintain organization of storage areas, event materials, and inventory systems. Support day-to-day material management for marketing and sales teams. Monitor event timelines, budgets, and vendor deliverables to ensure successful execution. Assist with preparing event documentation, schedules, attendee lists, and internal communications. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure all event needs and materials are properly prepared. Help manage event calendars and track multiple ongoing projects simultaneously. Support on-site event setup and coordination when needed. Assist with additional administrative, operational, and event-related projects as assigned. Maintain professionalism and strong communication while working with vendors, customers, and internal leadership teams. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in: Corporate event coordination Trade show coordination Marketing support Administrative or operational support roles Strong experience coordinating vendors, shipments, event materials, and logistics. Ability to manage multiple moving parts and prioritize deadlines effectively. Comfortable working in a hands-on role that includes both office coordination and physical organization of materials. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to lift, move, organize, and transport marketing materials and event supplies as needed. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in fast-paced environments. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multiple departments and external vendors. Professional, reliable, and highly organized with strong follow-through skills. #AP123
