Job Description

Multi-Location Bowling & Entertainment Centers Are you a people person with a passion for sales, events, and creating unforgettable experiences? We're seeking an energetic, organized, and results-driven Sales & Events Manager to lead event sales and coordinate memorable experiences across our two bowling and entertainment centers. This role combines relationship-building, business development, event planning, and execution to help drive revenue and create exceptional guest experiences.
SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Generate new business through community outreach, networking, and relationship-building Develop partnerships with local businesses, schools, churches, sports teams, and organizations Promote and sell corporate events, birthday parties, fundraisers, leagues, team-building events, and social gatherings Conduct venue tours and convert inquiries into booked events Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue goals
EVENT PLANNING & COORDINATION
Plan, organize, and oversee events from booking through completion Work directly with clients to customize event packages and experiences Coordinate with operations, kitchen, and management teams to ensure flawless event execution Ensure every guest receives exceptional service and a memorable experience Manage event calendars, contracts, deposits, and client communications
MARKETING & COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
Represent the company at community events and networking opportunities Assist with social media content and promotional campaigns Identify opportunities to increase bookings and customer engagement Help create and execute seasonal promotions and special events
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous sales, event planning, hospitality, or entertainment experience preferred Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills Proven ability to generate leads and close sales Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple events and priorities simultaneously Comfortable working evenings and weekends as events require Proficient with Microsoft Office, email, and social media platforms We are looking for someone to take our business to the next level! Someone who loves meeting people, building relationships, and bringing events to life. Equally comfortable making sales calls, planning a corporate event, coordinating a birthday party, or representing the business in the community.
Pay:
$45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
