What You'll Be Doing As an Events Assistant, you'll play a key role in delivering high-impact customer interactions.

Your responsibilities will include:

Proactively approaching and engaging shoppers in high-footfall venues. Creating positive first impressions and building instant rapport. Explaining current offers clearly and confidently. Identifying customer needs through smart, conversational questioning. Guiding interested individuals through a smooth digital sign-up process. Ensuring all registrations are completed accurately and compliantly. Monitoring daily engagement activity and working toward performance goals.
