Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events. This role requires excellent time management skills, strong communication abilities, and organization is a must.
Duties:
  • Assist the Executive Director of Events & Operations
  • Plan and coordinate all aspects of events and caterings
  • Create event timelines and ensure all deadlines are met
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of events
  • Communicate event details to attendees and handle any inquiries or concerns
  • Oversee complete setup of events as well as caterings
  • Manage event logistics during the event, such as coordinating schedules and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in event planning or related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Knowledge of event marketing strategies
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
