  • day operations across the department.
This role will report to the Manager and serve as a critical resource in ensuring smooth coordination of schedules, events, and administrative activities. This is a highly hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating logistics, and takes pride in keeping teams organized and running efficiently. The position blends traditional administrative support with office management and event execution responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Scheduling and Calendar Management Manage and coordinate calendars for leadership and key team members Schedule meetings, calls, and events with internal and external stakeholders Coordinate meeting logistics, including room reservations, materials preparation, and reminders Event Coordination and Support Assist with the planning and execution of events, including guest lectures, industry visits, workshops, seminars, board meetings, and networking events Coordinate event logistics such as catering orders, room setup and breakdown, audio/visual support, and event materials Support onsite event operations to ensure successful execution Office and Administrative Support Serve as a central point of coordination for daily office operations Order and maintain office supplies and materials Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment Organize and maintain records, files, and administrative systems Assist with expense tracking, reimbursements, and vendor coordination Support onboarding logistics for new team members and visitors Team and Operational Support Provide administrative support to staff across projects and initiatives Prepare agendas, documents, presentations, and meeting materials Take meeting notes and track follow-up items as needed Help ensure operational tasks, deadlines, and logistics are completed in a timely manner This position is onsite.
