In this energetic role, you will play a vital part in ensuring smooth, safe, and enjoyable events at our premier sports and entertainment venues. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create memorable moments for guests while maintaining a secure and welcoming environment. Whether managing guest interactions, assisting with event logistics, or supporting safety protocols, you'll be instrumental in delivering top-tier event experiences that leave lasting impressions. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive event experience Assist with crowd management, guiding guests safely through venue entrances, exits, and seating areas Monitor event spaces to uphold safety standards and respond promptly to any conflicts or emergencies Support food service operations by handling transactions, serving refreshments, or managing concessions areas Enforce venue policies related to guest conduct, alcohol service, and safety regulations Provide information about event schedules, venue amenities, and directions to enhance guest satisfaction Collaborate with team members to coordinate event logistics and ensure seamless operations throughout the event Experience Previous experience in events management, hospitality, or customer service roles is highly desirable Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally Experience working with children or in environments requiring public speaking or crowd engagement is a plus Background in food service or resort/hospitality industries enhances your ability to serve diverse guests effectively Familiarity with theater or large-scale event environments helps in managing complex setups and guest flow Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are essential for creating welcoming atmospheres and ensuring guest safety
