Job Description
Event contract staff weekends and immerse yourself in a dynamic and exciting environment. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals with exceptional communication and customer service skills to support various events in Wake Forest Area. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for those looking to thrive in a vibrant setting. This event is from from 530-11pm in Wake Forest Friday 7.3 directing vehicles where to park.
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support during events
- Assist in event directional parking operations to ensure smooth event flow
- Interact with guests in a friendly and helpful manner
- Work collaboratively with a team to meet event objectives
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for all event attendees
Requirements:
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years (insurance requirement )
- Strong customer service skills with an outgoing and enthusiastic personality
- Flexible schedule availability for dates/times as noted Sat and Sunday Days
- Punctual, responsible, and able to be outside for shift
- Self-motivated individual who enjoys interacting with people and direct guests where to park
- Customer service-oriented with a focus on pleasing guests and provide parking assistance
