- Manage event timelines, checklists, vendor communications, and logistics from concept to execution Solve Problems
- Think on your feet when last-minute changes happen (and they will—and you'll nail it) Build Vendor Relationships
- Source, negotiate, and collaborate with caterers, florists, AV teams, and more Handle Details
- Track budgets, guest lists, seating charts, deliveries, and 100 other moving pieces Support the Team
- Assist with on-site setup, guest check-in, timeline management, and real-time coordination Capture & Document
- Take notes, photos, and feedback to make future events even better Drive Creativity
- Contribute ideas and bring creative solutions to event challenges
Who We're Looking For Required:
1+ years of event planning, coordination, or project management experience Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask without losing your mind Strong communication—with vendors, clients, and your internal team Problem-solver mentality and ability to adapt quickly to changes Comfortable with spreadsheets, timelines, and vendor management tools Professional demeanor with flexibility and can-do attitude
Nice-to-Have:
