Create memorable experiences: Plan and coordinate meetings and events that support teams across the organization.Own the details:
Manage schedules, spaces, setup, and logistics to ensure smooth and successful events.Partner with stakeholders:
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to meet event needs and expectations.Support hospitality efforts:
Coordinate catering, pantry needs, and event supplies to keep spaces welcoming and event‑ready. Problem ‑ solve with confidence: Anticipate challenges and adapt quickly to ensure events run smoothly. Event coordination experience: Experience supporting events, meetings, or similar coordination or administrative work.Strong communication skills:
Ability to work effectively with team members, vendors, and stakeholders at all levels. Organization & attention to detail: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and keep details on track.Technology proficiency:
Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in a professional setting.Valid work authorization:
