Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee operations in our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and food service management, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role involves supervising staff, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, and managing daily operations to maintain a high-quality dining environment. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the restaurant or catering service. Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and improve service quality. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness. Manage inventory and supplies, including ordering and stock control. Coordinate catering events, including menu planning and logistics. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction. Monitor financial performance and assist in budget management. Skills Strong leadership skills with experience in supervising teams. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food management. Experience in casual dining or fine dining environments is preferred. Proficient in hospitality management principles, including customer service excellence. Familiarity with catering operations and event planning. Bartending experience is a plus for establishments that serve alcohol. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff and customers.
