Job Description

We're seeking guest-focused, energetic Event Check-In Clerks to support entry operations for concerts, VIP events, and festivals at Secret Garden. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests—welcoming them, validating access, and ensuring a smooth and efficient entry experience. What You'll Do Greet guests with a warm, welcoming attitude and deliver a first-class entry experience Validate tickets to ensure all guests have proper access to Secret Garden events Maintain an efficient and organized entry process to support smooth guest flow Work collaboratively with Security, Events, and Operations teams to ensure safe and seamless access Maintain and secure departmental equipment, including scanners and radios Escalate guest concerns, safety issues, or operational challenges to leadership as needed Process ticket sales when required, including handling payments and making change accurately Utilize ticketing and event software effectively Support overall event operations as needed Why You'll Love It Here Employee-owned—your work builds real ownership 35% of revenue goes to charity—your job makes a difference High-energy, guest-focused environment Opportunities to grow within events and operations Step into the moment.
