Full Job Description Company & Job Description:

Two Ton Brewing Co., a family owned and operated microbrewery, is looking for a fun, talented and enthusiastic lead server/beertender. This person will be a dynamic shift leader who can take initiative and help in planning and executing events. If you're able to step into a leadership role and facilitate on-premise events, while collaborating w/ our small team, this role would be suitable for you. We're looking for someone with a can-do, positive, outgoing and enthusiastic attitude. This is key in connecting with our grassroots community, and ensuring our events run smoothly and successfully. Our brewery tasting room is open Thursday 5-8pm, Friday 5-9pm, Saturday 1-9pm, and Sunday 1-6pm. Events would have to be scheduled during these times, primarily on weekends. Shift-lead could be responsible for working as beertender, manager, event planner, or combination thereof. Therefore, payrate may be a combination of payroll, tips and/or commission.
