Local travel to events and job sites required About the Role We are seeking a professional, high-energy Events Manager•In Training to represent our company at live events, retail locations, and active installation sites . This role is responsible for engaging homeowners, promoting our window and door services, and generating qualified appointments for our sales team . You will represent our brand at weekend events such as home shows and retail promotions , as well as during weekday installation projects , where you will help promote our company to surrounding homeowners and generate additional interest in our services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys face-to-face interaction, event environments, and performance-based income . The right candidate will thrive in a structured, professional environment and will take pride in representing a respected home improvement company. This role can also serve as a gateway into a high-performing sales organization , with potential opportunities for advancement into sales roles for top performers.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Marketing & Brand Promotion Represent our company at live events, home shows, retail locations, and community promotions Engage homeowners in a friendly, confident, and professional manner Educate potential customers about our window and door solutions Generate interest and schedule free in-home consultations with our sales team Maintain a strong and professional brand presence at all events Install-Site Brand Promotion During active installation projects throughout the week, you will: Promote our services to homeowners in the surrounding neighborhood Speak with neighbors who express interest in the installation Provide information about our company and available services Help generate new consultation appointments from nearby homeowners Represent the company professionally while installers are working on site This activity helps maximize marketing opportunities while our crews are already working in a neighborhood. Lead Generation & Appointment Setting Identify homeowners who may benefit from window or door replacement Ask thoughtful questions to understand homeowner needs Clearly communicate the value of scheduling a consultation Accurately capture customer information and schedule appointments Maintain professionalism and clarity during all customer interactions Brand Representation Maintain a clean, professional appearance at all events and job sites Represent the company with confidence, honesty, and enthusiasm Provide homeowners with a positive and informative experience Uphold company values and brand standards during every interaction Event Setup & Coordination Assist with event setup and breakdown Ensure marketing displays and materials are presented professionally Communicate effectively with internal team members and event coordinators
Compensation Hourly Pay:
$20/hour
Performance Bonus:
$750•$1,500+ per week based on qualified appointments generated Additional incentive opportunities for strong performance Potential career advancement into higher earning sales positions Work Schedule This role includes a combination of: Weekend Events Home shows Retail store promotions Community marketing events Weekday Install Promotions Visiting active job sites during installations Engaging nearby homeowners Promoting our services within surrounding neighborhoods Candidates must be comfortable working weekends and flexible with weekday promotional opportunities when installation projects are scheduled.
