Type:
part-time Sandia Preparatory School is seeking a detail-oriented, enthusiastic Part-Time Development Coordinator to join our Advancement Team. This 20-hour-per-week position will primarily support Development and Alumni Affairs events, along with gift processing, database management, and other development operations. The schedule will remain flexible to accommodate occasional evening and weekend events. Primary Responsibilities Events Support planning, logistics, and day-of execution of Development and Alumni Affairs events. Coordinate invitations, RSVPs, event materials, signage, nametags, and follow-up communications. Assist with event setup, check-in, vendor and volunteer coordination, and breakdown. Development Operations Enter gifts and pledges accurately and process donor acknowledgments. Maintain donor and constituent records, including updates and data cleanup. Assist with gift documentation, reporting, reconciliation, mailings, and other administrative needs. Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Event planning or event support experience preferred. Comfort with databases, spreadsheets, and digital tools. Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle confidential information with discretion. Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends. Enthusiasm for Sandia Prep's mission and independent school education. Must be able to lift over 50lbs. No phone calls. Sandia Prep is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
