This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences from concept to execution. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events, including weddings, corporate functions, and private gatherings Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the planning process Collaborate with culinary, operations, and service teams to ensure seamless event delivery Manage event timelines, floor plans, and logistics Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown on-site Maintain high standards of hospitality, guest satisfaction, and service quality Handle client communications, contracts, and event documentation Qualifications Minimum 1 year of event management experience required Hospitality experience is required (venue, hotel, catering, or related field) Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple events simultaneously Excellent communication and client relationship skills Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Proficiency in event planning software and Microsoft Office preferred Based salary plus event pay What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Opportunity to work at a unique, high-end event destination Collaborative and supportive team environment Growth opportunities within the organization About Arrow Park Inc Arrow Park Inc is a distinguished event venue known for its scenic setting and exceptional hospitality.
