This isn't app-based, last-minute gig work. This is consistent event-based work where you lead a team, manage real events, and build real experience. What You'll Do As an Event Manager, you'll be a leader in the field—responsible for making sure each event runs smoothly from start to finish.

Responsibilities include:

Leading and supervising a crew of 2-10 team members Overseeing setup, operation, and teardown of event equipment Communicating with clients on-site to meet and exceed expectations Ensuring events are safe, organized, and fun Troubleshooting and solving issues as they arise Representing Game Craze professionally at every event This is a semi-autonomous role—you'll be trusted to take ownership and make decisions in the field. No two events are the same. One weekend you might be at a school festival, the next a corporate event, church celebration, or large community festival. Physical Requirements This is a hands-on, physically demanding role that requires consistent movement and equipment handling.

You must be:

Able to lift, push, pull, and maneuver equipment weighing 50+ lbs regularly Comfortable using equipment such as dollies, hand trucks, and straps to transport heavy items Able to load and unload trucks and trailers safely Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions On your feet and active for extended periods throughout the event day If this level of physical activity isn't a good fit, we are also hiring Event Crew positions. Driving Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Commercial experience driving box truck Commercial experience towing a trailer Previous event experience is required for this role Training Provided Online training In-person training On-the-job, paid training We set you up to succeed as our busy season begins. Pay:

$17.00 - $21.00 per hour
