As an Event Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of events. This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the events industry while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Assist with the setup, coordination, and breakdown of events. Support event coordinators and managers in the execution of event activities. Welcome guests, attendees, and vendors while providing exceptional customer service. Manage event registrations, check-ins, and attendee inquiries. Coordinate event materials, equipment, signage, and promotional items. Monitor event operations to ensure a smooth and positive guest experience. Assist with vendor and supplier communications during events. Handle administrative and logistical tasks related to event planning and execution. Collect attendee feedback and provide reports to support future event improvements. Ensure event spaces remain clean, organized, and professionally presented. QualificationsRequired Skills and Experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required. Comfortable traveling to various event locations throughout Cincinnati, OH. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in events, hospitality, customer service, marketing, or a related field. Experience working in team-oriented environments. Familiarity with event management software, registration platforms, or CRM systems.
