Responsibilities Welcome attendees and provide a friendly, professional experience. Engage with customers and prospective customers during events. Present and explain products and services clearly. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate information. Organize promotional materials, displays, and event supplies. Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional event environment. Build positive relationships with customers and event attendees. Support customer engagement and sales opportunities. Coordinate with team members to ensure successful event execution. Assist with daily event schedules and priorities. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Energetic, outgoing, and professional personality. Comfortable interacting with customers in person. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Previous experience in events, customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, or sales is a plus but not required.
