What You'll Do As a Special Events Assistant, you'll be part of the team that brings missions to life out in the community.

Your day-to-day will include:

Greeting and engaging community members at events across Cleveland Sharing the charity's mission through open, honest conversation — no scripts Offering clear information and answering questions with patience and sincerity Setting up outreach materials to create a welcoming, impactful event space Guiding supporters through simple on-site sign-up processes Bringing your ideas to the table — helping improve our event flow, engagement approaches, and community presence Working closely with a team that values integrity, creativity, and meaningful connection We encourage each team member to think creatively, test new approaches, suggest improvements, and help shape how we connect with the public.
