We pride ourselves on creating unforgettable experiences for our guests, and we are looking for a passionate, high-energy Event Coordinator to bring our clients' visions to life. Position Overview Are you a detail-oriented professional who thrives on turning a blank canvas into an unforgettable party? RollHouse Dayton is seeking an experienced Event Coordinator adept at full-cycle event management. From the initial concept and budget planning to the final execution, you will guide our clients every step of the way. The ideal candidate is a multitasking pro who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, build lasting relationships with clients and vendors, and maintain an unwavering focus on event success and client satisfaction. What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
Full-Cycle Event Management:
Consult with clients and internal teams to understand their event goals, guest counts, budgets, and specific requirements.
Logistics & Coordination:
Plan, coordinate, and oversee all logistical details for a wide variety of events (corporate parties, birthdays, private gatherings, etc.).
Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain strong, fruitful relationships with clients, guests, and external vendors.
Day-of Execution:
Host and oversee events on-site to ensure seamless execution, top-tier service, and absolute client satisfaction. What We're Looking For (Qualifications)
Experience:
3 to 5 years of proven experience in event planning and coordination.
Tech-Savvy:
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.).
Organization:
Exceptionally detail-oriented with the ability to balance multiple projects at once.
Flexibility:
A schedule that accommodates the nature of the event industry, including availability for days, nights, and weekends. Perks & Compensation We believe hard work should be highly rewarded. At RollHouse, you don't just get a base wage—you drive your own earning potential!
Base Salary:
35,000-44,000
Uncapped Commission:
Earn an uncapped 4% sales commission on all events you book.
Gratuity Share:
Share 35% of service charges on the events you host.
