What You'll Do Design & Execute Exceptional Events Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of catering events, from concept through completion Infuse each event with creativity and intentional design—from menu presentation to flow, setup, and guest experience Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to ensure flawless, high-quality execution Be hands-on in bringing events to life, ensuring every detail reflects the vision Partner & Inspire Clients Serve as a trusted partner to campus clients, guiding them through the event planning process Translate client goals into creative, customized event concepts that feel fresh, relevant, and engaging Offer recommendations that reflect Harvest Table's culinary philosophy and elevated approach Lead with Strategy & Precision Manage event logistics including timelines, staffing coordination, and communication Balance multiple events with strong organizational skills and proactive problem-solving Ensure financial, operational, and service standards are consistently met Champion the Harvest Table Experience Bring our brand to life through authentic hospitality, thoughtful design, and purposeful sourcing Highlight our commitment to local farms, real ingredients, and meaningful food experiences Create events that feel both elevated and approachable, rooted in community and connection Who You Are You're more than organized—you're inspired by creating experiences.
