About Us:
Nestled in 56 acres of wooded terrain, Crockett's Run enchants travelers with its secluded lodges, cabins, and bunkies, cozy canvas bell tents, and a stunning wedding, business, and event center. Our landscape features huge rock formations, private hiking trails, two waterfalls, and a serene pond for fishing.
Job Summary:
We are actively seeking motivated Event Staff to join our team. Event staff will assist with event setup, preparation, and execution of weddings, rehearsal dinners, and corporate events. This part-time position offers flexibility and the potential for growth within our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including logistics, vendor management, and client communications. Support the lead event coordinator on-site during events to ensure everything runs smoothly. Help with setup and breakdown of events, including equipment, and decorations. Maintain organization and assist with administrative tasks related to wedding and event planning. Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure a successful event day. Contribute creative ideas for event themes, activities, and improvements.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing situations. Previous experience in event planning or coordination is a plus, but not required. Availability to work weekends and occasional weekdays.
