Job Description

Position Key Responsibilities:
Event conceptualization, production and execution
  • Strategize annual events calendar to achieve company's objectives.
  • Coordinate with Paris on events guidelines
  • Conceptualize events according to the business needs
  • Evaluate and adjust events according to actual outcomes
  • Provide debrief on projects with detailed HIT list of outstanding issues
  • Update competitors report systematically
  • Manage event pops inventory Events budget management
  • Manage company events budget
  • Ensure POs are created on time according to the company policy
  • Conduct post event budget and expense analysis Vendor Management
  • Coordination with outside vendors (design, production and F&B)
  • Constantly search for new event agencies
  • Submission and follow up on accounts payable to outside vendors Team Management
  • Develop team members and ensure set objectives are achieved Principle Qualifications 5 years related working experience.
excellent organizational and planning skills and ability to multi-task. Good time management for emergencies and priorities; Good interpersonal and professional skills; Detail and follow-up with strong execution skills; Must be a strong self-starter, devoted attitude & willing to take up extra workload within peak periods. Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines; Excellent problem analysis & solving skills; Fluent English in both oral and written; Skilled use Microsoft Office.
