Duties Set up event spaces with tables, chairs, linens, and necessary equipment to ensure a welcoming atmosphere. Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously during events, including fine dining and casual gatherings. Assist with food handling, preparation, and presentation to uphold high standards of safety and quality. Provide exceptional guest services by addressing questions, taking orders, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the event. Clear tables, bussing dishes promptly to maintain cleanliness and facilitate smooth service flow. Support beverage service including wine pouring, drink mixing, and operating POS systems for transactions. Maintain food safety standards by following proper hygiene practices and handling procedures at all times. Skills Previous experience in the food industry or catering environment is highly preferred. Strong guest relations skills with a friendly, professional demeanor. Knowledge of food handling, serving techniques, and beverage service including wine and coffee experience. Experience with banquet setups, fine dining service, and food preparation is a plus. Ability to perform basic math for transactions and portioning accurately. Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and payments. Excellent communication skills combined with a proactive attitude to ensure guest satisfaction.
