Job Description

Position Summary Imagine901 is seeking a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented Corporate Event Coordinator to support the planning and execution of corporate, nonprofit, and community events. This role combines event logistics, graphic design, marketing, and project management responsibilities to help ensure events are executed seamlessly while maintaining a strong and consistent brand presence. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys balancing creative and operational tasks, and can independently manage projects while supporting multiple events simultaneously. Key Responsibilities Event Planning & Coordination
  • Assist with planning and execution of corporate, nonprofit, and community events.
  • Coordinate event timelines, checklists, and project plans.
  • Communicate with venues, vendors, sponsors, and event partners.
  • Manage registration materials, attendee communications, and event logistics.
  • Assist with onsite event setup, execution, and teardown.
  • Track event inventory, supplies, signage, and promotional materials.
  • Help identify potential issues and proactively develop solutions. Project Management & Administrative Support
  • Maintain project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Organize event files, assets, and documentation.
  • Track sponsorship deliverables and event milestones.
  • Support budgeting and expense tracking.
  • Help keep future events organized and prepared well in advance. Marketing & Communications
  • Create and schedule social media content.
  • Assist with website updates and event promotion.
  • Write marketing copy for event materials, sponsorship packages, and promotional campaigns. Graphic Design & Branding
  • Design event signage, programs, name badges, sponsor recognition materials, presentations, and promotional pieces.
  • Create social media graphics and digital marketing assets.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all event materials.
  • Prepare files for print production and coordinate with print vendors.
  • Utilize Canva and Adobe Creative Suite to create professional event collateral. Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in event planning, marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Canva and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
  • Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends for events. Ideal Candidate Traits

  • The Event Producer can focus on strategy and client relationships because logistics and marketing details are already moving forward.
Position Details This is a flexible, hourly position with hours varying based on event schedules, project needs, and seasonal workload. The role will primarily support event planning, marketing, graphic design, and administrative tasks leading up to events. Typical responsibilities will be completed remotely and during regular business hours; however, occasional evening and weekend availability may be required leading up to major events. Event day participation is required and does not count as part of regular weekly hours. Team members who assist onsite at events may be eligible for performance-based bonuses.
Pay:
$26,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
