EVENT BOOKER / SALES
(COMMISSION + BASE)
Location:
New Orleans (Remote + On-Site)
Schedule:
Flexible / Work-from-home + required on-site presence for events
ROLE OVERVIEW
We're hiring a high-performing Event Booker who can sell, close, and execute . This role is built for someone who understands nightlife, knows how to drive group bookings, and can turn conversations into confirmed revenue. You control your pipeline, your schedule, and your income. We provide the product, the venue, and the opportunity.
COMPENSATION
Base salary + commission Commission tied directly to booked and completed events High earning potential for consistent closers
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Prospect and secure group bookings, parties, and private events Build and manage your own lead pipeline (DMs, referrals, outreach, inbound) Communicate with clients from first contact through event execution Sell packages, upsells, and add-ons Coordinate event details with operations team Be on-site during booked events to ensure execution and client satisfaction Track deals, payments, and contracts from booking through completion Maintain accurate records of agreements, deposits, balances, and terms Reconcile sales, contracts, and payments weekly
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
2+ years in sales, event booking, nightlife, or hospitality Proven ability to close deals and hit revenue targets Experience handling contracts, payments, and event logistics Comfortable working independently and managing your own workload

SCHEDULE + REQUIREMENTS
Work from home — no fixed hours, output-driven Must be available on-site for events you book (nights/weekends) Required one day per week in-office (New Orleans) for: Contract submission and review Paperwork completion Payment reconciliation Pipeline and deal review

Consistent booking volume Accurate contract execution and documentation Clean payment tracking and reconciliation Strong client experience from booking → execution Revenue-driven performance
BOTTOM LINE
This is a sales role with real earning potential . If you can't close, this won't work. If you can manage deals, contracts, and payments cleanly while driving revenue—you'll do very well here.
Pay:
$25,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
