Kinsmen Brewing is looking for an energetic, creative, highly organized Events & Experience Coordinator to help bring our events to life at one of Connecticut's busiest breweries and event venues. And trust us… this is NOT your average event job. One day you're helping transform Clark Hall for a romantic wedding under glowing chandeliers. The next you're coordinating a packed out concert, brewery festival, line dancing night, sip and shop, trivia chaos, corporate event, or community fundraiser. This role is for someone who genuinely loves people, hospitality, live events, high energy environments, and creating experiences guests never forget.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

: Coordinate private events from inquiry to execution Assist with weddings, corporate events, showers, festivals, concerts, and brewery programming Work directly with vendors, bands, DJs, clients, and event partners Help create memorable guest experiences from start to finish Assist with event setup, decor flow, timelines, and logistics Problem solve quickly while keeping the vibe positive Support event marketing ideas and social media concepts Help keep Clark Hall and taproom events running smoothly Jump into whatever the day throws at you because no two days here are ever the same

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Strong people skills and positive energy Extremely organized and detail oriented Ability to multitask under pressure Nights and weekends are a MUST Hospitality or event experience preferred Creative thinker with strong communication skills Someone who can keep calm while moving fast in high volume environments
