This role offers an exciting opportunity to craft memorable experiences by coordinating all aspects of event management while driving sales growth through proactive outreach and client engagement. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive event plans, including venue setup, catering, entertainment, and logistics to ensure seamless execution. Actively promote our event spaces and services through targeted marketing strategies, including outreach, social media, and networking to attract new clients. Negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and suppliers to secure the best terms while maintaining strong relationships. Upsell additional services such as catering packages, décor, technology enhancements, and special amenities to maximize revenue opportunities. Coordinate all event details with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure alignment on timelines, budgets, and expectations. Manage budgets meticulously, track expenses, and ensure profitability for each event while adhering to financial guidelines. Provide exceptional guest services during events by addressing needs promptly and ensuring a positive experience for all attendees. Requirements Proven experience in event planning or management within hospitality venues such as hotels, restaurants, or banquet facilities. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable contracts and vendor agreements. Knowledge of marketing principles related to event promotion and client acquisition strategies. Demonstrated success in upselling services and increasing revenue streams through innovative offerings. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously under tight deadlines. Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, vendors, and team members. Experience in banquet operations, catering coordination, or hotel/event management is highly desirable. Familiarity with budgeting processes and contract negotiations within the hospitality or events industry.
