We are seeking a highly motivated Event Coordinator & Sales Manager to help grow our events division and client partnerships. Position Overview We are looking for an organized, outgoing, and sales-driven professional to coordinate events, build relationships with local businesses and venues, and help expand our corporate and private events business. The ideal candidate enjoys networking, managing logistics, and creating memorable guest experiences. ResponsibilitiesEvent Coordination Coordinate craft activations for conferences, weddings, festivals, team-building events, and private parties Manage event logistics including staffing, setup, breakdown, timelines, and client communication Help facilitate on-site event experiences Prepare event materials and coordinate supplies Assist with scheduling and operational planning Sales & Business Development Work with local event planners, venues, wedding planners, and companies to promote and sell craft activations Support outreach and relationship-building efforts with local businesses and venues Assist with lead generation, sales outreach, and client follow-up Help grow partnerships throughout the Denver metro area and beyond Identify new business and collaboration opportunities Administrative & E-Commerce Support Assist with managing Shopify stores and product listings Help maintain inventory and event organization Support customer service and order management Assist with marketing and promotional efforts for workshops and events Qualifications Bachelor's degree required Experience with events, hospitality, sales, or client management preferred Strong communication, networking, and organizational skills Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines Ability to multitask and work independently Familiarity with Shopify or e-commerce platforms preferred Must be willing to work occasional evenings and weekends for events Reliable transportation required Preferred Qualities Energetic, outgoing, and highly organized Strong relationship-building skills Passion for events, creativity, and experiential marketing Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail Team-oriented with a positive attitude What We Offer Creative and fast-paced work environment Opportunities to attend exciting events and activations Networking opportunities with planners, venues, and businesses Flexible and dynamic workdays Opportunity to help grow a rapidly expanding events and craft business Compensation Compensation is based on experience and includes hourly compensation plus commission opportunities for new business development and event sales.
