Job Description:
Reynolds & Reynolds is seeking a detail-oriented Events Marketing Professional to support our logistics for exhibiting at industry events and trade shows. In this role, you will manage all aspects of our event participation, ensuring our brand's presence is impactful and well-organized. You will act as a liaison for the sales representatives attending the events, ensuring seamless communication and execution.Responsibilities include:
- Serve as the main point of contact for associates attending events, providing them with necessary information and materials.
- Ensure clear communication between marketing and sales teams regarding event objectives and logistics.
- Coordinate all logistics related to our exhibition presence, including research, purchasing, and cross department communication.
- Manage relationships with event organizers, suppliers, and service providers to secure necessary services and materials.
- Gather post-show feedback and analyze event performance to inform future participation strategies.
- Maintain records of events attended, costs incurred, and insights gained.
- Assist with managing the shipping, transportation, and inventory of materials and equipment (as needed).
- Oversee the brand's association memberships, ensuring that all membership benefits are fully utilized and that renewals are completed on time.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred Strong and effective communication skills (written and verbal) Experienced with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat Detail oriented and able to work within hard deadlines Outgoing personality, positive attitude; capability to express new ideas creatively Open to occasional travelBenefits:

Qualifications:
