Job Description

Overview Are you passionate about making a difference through dynamic fundraising initiatives? We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Fundraising Event Assistant to support our project-based fundraising activities. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to impactful causes by assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of fundraising events. Duties Assist in the development and implementation of fundraising event strategies aligned with organizational goals. Support the planning and logistics of upcoming fundraising events, including venue coordination, vendor communication, and volunteer management. Maintain and update excel sheets, databases, and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track donor information, contributions, and engagement activities. Conduct research on potential donors, sponsors, grants, and partnership opportunities to expand outreach efforts. Foster relationships with donors, partners, and community stakeholders through personalized communication and customer service. Support marketing efforts by creating promotional materials, managing social media campaigns, and enhancing public relations initiatives to maximize event visibility. Requirements Proven experience working with databases, CRM software, or similar systems for data management. Strong understanding of event planning/fundrasiers Excellent organization skills Effective communication skills Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in nonprofit or event planning settings is a plus but not required.
Pay:
$30.00 per hour
