It is the new home of the National Western Stock Show and Colorado State University's Spur campus. But the future National Western Center isn't just new buildings. It's a destination unto itself. It's a mission-oriented place that will be lively and active all year round — with new events and experiences around every corner.
The opportunity:
NWC is in search of a talented Ticketing Supervisor. This is a role is responsible for supporting the ticketing manager and department with all ticketing needs. This will include working with the Ticketing Manager to create a seamless ticketing process for the NWC and its three ticketing platforms to the clients and attendees. This position will work with ticketing partners, clients, additional part time and volunteer staff and support the ticketing manager and department. This is a multifaceted job with a broad spectrum of opportunities for professional development. You'll join a small, nimble, collaborative, creative, and entrepreneurial team as we accelerate growth of a new events hub and innovation campus in Denver, Colorado. What you will do:
Assisting with engaging with Clients and ticketing companies on whatever level is needed per event. This can require assisting with setting up online ticketing depending on platform, Assisting with ticket sales, assisting with managing inventory, verifying proper access to venue. Assisting with interfacing clients and guests to make sure that all needs are met, and a positive guest experience is created. Assist with setting up and maintaining online ticketing platforms, including pricing, ticketing types and promotional codes. Supporting with ticket sales through various channels, including online, phone and in person. Assisting guests with ticketing inquiries, addressing issues and providing a positive guest experience. Having strong CRM skills, learning and training multiple ticketing platforms, will also need to engage with all event reporting. Work with part time and volunteer programs that assist with ticketing. Other duties as assigned.
What you will bring along:
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience. 1 - 2 years' experience in events, operations and facilities. Experience in Arena, Convention, Stadium is helpful. This role is physically demanding, requiring standing, walking, lifting, bending for long periods of time. Excellent oral and written communication skills. High EQ and interpersonal skills. Work location and hours:
This position can be performed through a mix of on-site and remote work in Denver, Colorado.
Compensation range:
