About The Job:
Coordinate logistics for assigned meetings and events, including venue selection, contract negotiation, travel, registration, catering, and audiovisual needs Manage meeting budgets, review invoices, and ensure accurate billing and expense reconciliation Plan and execute a variety of in-person and virtual meetings, trainings, retreats, and special events Coordinate hotel, flight, and travel arrangements for attendees, speakers, and stakeholders Support Annual Meeting operations, including social events, room set-up, attendee logistics, and on-site event execution Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, hotels, and travel partners to ensure successful event delivery Provide administrative and project support to the Meetings department as needed
About You:
Associate's degree required; bachelor's degree preferred 1+ years of meeting planning or event coordination experience Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills Experience coordinating event logistics, budgets, vendors, and travel arrangements Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom/Webinar, and Outlook Event management software experience is a plus
